GOP Strategy. Suppress the fact that Russia is trying to flood the market with fake news about Biden's mental health. Don't let the public have access to this information. And do this at the same time that you are playing the same "mental health" card. Effectively suppress information important to a fair election while you fan the flames. Sounds illegal to me.
