Ignorance or Obstinance? For the past two days about 20 spanish speaking middle age out of shape men in a rag tag of outfits have played small goal soccer at the park across the street. No masks. No social distancing if a ball is involved. I could basically see the virus spreading first to these likely heads of household and then to their families. I did nothing. Eve and I discussed but in the end we decided to pass on playing neighborhood cops. Our bet is that this was ignorance.
