Drone over Iceland

Just before 8am on Saturday morning I fired up my headset and logged in to the website NatureEye for a flight over the Hverfjall crater in Iceland. It was about 4pm in Iceland and for my buddy Paul Simpson in the UK (my guest). We could chat with each other and with our host who was was standing outside and running a fiber cable from his home in order to allow us to control the flight. We couldn't get into trouble, but flew to the crater as our host told us about the location and living in Iceland. It was a stunning day and the flight couldn't have been more beautiful. As I flew the drone I snapped pictures. This was a great Christmas present from Eve and a great way to start out the day from the warmth of my own home.
