San Carlos Considers Plastic Parks

Greg began working with the City of San Carlos in 2003 to help them increase their youth sports field capacity while preserving the natural grass currently in San Carlos parks.  Here's a local television report that ran before the San Carlos City Council first considered the issue on April 10, 2006. The City council listened to public comment until after midnight and continued the meeting until May 8, 2006.
