The Little League Family 2005

Once again the Harris family is focused on their Little League activities. We are happy to report that this year we are all on the same team--the AAA Redwings. This minor league team is named after the Rochester, NY minor league team in the Twins system that has produced stars like Curt Schilling and Cal Ripken Jr.

Kevin, is one of our more senior players on the team. He is one of our starting pitchers and our only lefty. Kevin has mastered the bunt this year and with his aggressive base running (and a bit of luck), he has mastered the overthrow homerun. That happens when he hits a single and turns it into a home run after successive overthrows (he has two in three games).

Scott, is the youngest player on the team this year. He had to try out in order to qualify for the AAA level. Although he is the youngest, he is one of our stars. Scott is a ground ball vacuum playing all the infield positions with aplomb. Scott's bat has been alive early in the season and he is quickly finding his power zone.

Greg is Redwings' manager. He spends many a night on the computer working on his line-up and is hands down the loudest person on the field. Go Redwings!
