Mock Trial 2011

Menlo School has seen the San Mateo County championships six years in a row. For the last three they have faced Hillsdale High School. Last year Hillsdale won and went on to become the State Champions. This year Menlo grabbed the County title back and earned a trip to the California State Mock Trial finals in Riverside.

The Mock Trial team includes both a prosecution and defense team. Each team has four attorneys, four witnesses and a time keeper. High schools throughout California try the same case before real judges and scored by prominent attorneys. Kevin was one of the prosecuting attorneys this year.
